Latest News for the 1st VoiceS-Conference
Wednesday March 20th is approaching. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 1st VoiceS-Conference in Brussels.
Registration for the conference starts at 16h. We welcome you in room
5116 on the 5th floor of the HUB building in the stormstraat 2 (rue d'assault 2 in French). Luggage can be stored here, if necessary.
Which entrance to use (HUB consitst of 3 buildings)? See "HUB entrances" pdf attached.
Train tickets?
If you haven't yet bought them online, may I remind you to do so?
Reason: you will save a lot of time, not having to cue in the railway station (waiting hours can be very long) + credit cards are accepted (which ticket vending machines in Belgian railways don't).
By the way, don't worry about the time you need to indicate when booking your train tickets. This is purely indicative. You can use your ticket the whole day.
Hotel invoice?
The hotel we booked for you is mentioned in your information package.
The invoice of your accomodation will be paid for by HUB. Usage of the minibar, is for your own expenses. You pay this when you check out.
Login at a HUB computer?
HUB recently updated its computer software. The instructions in the information package are still valid. However: after the pc started up, click in "Computer Only Logon" when proceeding the login instructions.
