European Professionalism (European Teacher Part 4)
Dealing with diversity is one of the key issues in Europe’s dynamic society . Due to the increasing migration, European countries are getting more and more diverse. Students and people of Europe are diverse in different ways: ethnicity, religion, languages used, gender, age, abilities, special needs, learning styles, multiple intelligences, etc. We would like to stress that diverse diversities (F. Dervin) are much more complex than the list mentioned. We are complex and dynamic human beings and should not be limited to one narrow aspect of our personalities, to just one of our multiple identities.
