Travel and subsistence costs
Please, follow this guideline for the travel and subsistence costs:
- Download the declaration form (Download http://www.european-teachers.eu/images/declaration_form/sax_declarationform.pdf)
- Fill in the declaration form (digitally); fill in the IBAN Bank account number and the BIC code of the bank. Use this website http://ec.europa.eu/budget/contracts_grants/
info_contracts/inforeuro/inforeuro_en.cfm to calculate a foreign currency into €uro. The maximum refund per person per in-service course is: €250! - Print-out the declaration form.
- Sign the declaration form (Handtekening declarant).
- Add (glue or paste) the original notes (flight information with the costs, boarding passes, bus tickets etc.).
- Paste-in (with tape, no staples) and number the notes following the declaration form. (If page 2 is full, then use a white A4 page) Don’t tape them on top of each other. If the page is scanned we should be able to read everything.
